It allows founders who are completing incubation to interact with those who have moved beyond the institution, launched ventures and begun dealing with customers, teams, markets, setbacks and growth in the real world.
The value comes from candid exchange rather than formal teaching.
Founders who have moved beyond incubation share what changed once they began operating independently.
Participants discuss decisions, customers, partnerships, teams, funding, setbacks, pivots and the realities of building beyond the incubation centre.

The Founders Table is not a public workshop or externally registered event. It is convened internally by the institution for its incubation community.
There is no public registration process. The emphasis is on continuity of relationships, founder-to-founder exchange and strengthening the institution's entrepreneurial network.
When founders remain connected after they leave, current incubatees gain access to realistic peer learning, alumni founders stay linked to the institution, and the incubation centre develops a living network rather than a sequence of disconnected cohorts.
