About the framework

Not a Checklist.
An Orientation System.

The Parallel Ventures Startup Framework does not assume founders will move in a straight line from idea to success. Real entrepreneurship rarely works that way.

Instead of rigid stages, the framework is structured around 7 distinct Tracks — each built around a challenge that shows up again and again across founder journeys. These tracks are not sequential. Founders do not graduate from one to the next. They move between them based on their current reality, their venture's needs, and what the moment is demanding.

For institutions, this is what makes it deployable across diverse cohorts — founders at different stages all find their place within the same map, while faculty, facilitators, and mentors work from a shared language and structure.

How institutions use the framework

As the academic backbone of the ETVB course — 15 weeks, mapped track by track

As the programme backbone of FDVB — 7 sessions, one per track

As a shared language for mentors, faculty, and cohorts

As a segmentation tool — cohorts by founder stage and need

As Volume 1 of the StartupBox — the complete reference text

Where the framework is deployed

The Backbone of Both Programmes

The PVSF is not a standalone resource. It is deployed through two structured institutional programmes — each using the same framework, the same StartupBox volumes, and the same track structure in a different context.

Deploy the framework at your institution

The PVSF is co-customised and handed over as part of adopting either the ETVB or FDVB programme. Start with the institutions page to understand how adoption works.
